It was created by <strong>Carolyn Davidson<\/strong>, a U.S. graphic designer at the time still pursuing her degree. Paid <strong>only $35<\/strong>, the student brought to life a simple, recognizable and immediate logo that could convey <strong>feelings of speed<\/strong>. The brand thus became the <strong>answer<\/strong> for anyone who wanted to <strong>engage in physical activity<\/strong> and sought the right garments to do so.   <\/p>\n\n<p>As mentioned, despite the <strong>reluctance<\/strong> of the CEO of the time, <strong>Philip Knight<\/strong>, the mustache was adopted and was accompanied by the word Nike. All Google-owned tools see the re-presentation of a <strong>symbol<\/strong> whose <strong>shapes<\/strong> may <strong>vary<\/strong>, but whose <strong>colors always remain unchanged<\/strong>. Despite this, none of them lose their <strong>recognizability<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<p>But the U.S. search engine didn&#8217;t want to stop there: today it has also become famous for its <strong>versatility<\/strong>, so much so that some people can&#8217;t wait to search for something on the Internet to see what&#8217;s new. In fact, in its <strong>initial version<\/strong>, the fast food chain&#8217;s corporate logo quoted the words &#8220;<strong>McDonald&#8217;s Famous Barbecue<\/strong>&#8221; in full-a far <strong>too complex<\/strong> solution for two brothers aiming to<strong> conquer the world<\/strong> with a <strong>new dining model<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>two bows<\/strong> came only in <strong>1961<\/strong> and to <strong>reproduce<\/strong>, by simplifying it, <strong>the brand&#8217;s old restaurant structure<\/strong>. From there on, the graphic designers of the world&#8217;s most famous hamburgeria took <strong>the path of simplification<\/strong>, first <strong>eliminating the name<\/strong> and replacing it with the iconic<strong> slogan I&#8217;m lovin&#8217; it<\/strong>; then leaving <strong>only the initial letter M<\/strong> with the addition of <strong>colors<\/strong> and<strong> messages<\/strong> that have become <strong>important<\/strong> in the company&#8217;s value system. <\/p>\n\n<p>The<strong>latest change<\/strong> is from <strong>2007<\/strong> and concerns the <strong>green background<\/strong>, underscoring how-after a questionable past-even McDonald&#8217;s has begun to commit itself to a<strong> path<\/strong> of <strong>sustainable development<\/strong> and<strong>safeguarding the health of the many customers<\/strong> who flock to its premises every day.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adidas: an advertising logo for athletes<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color\"><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isoladicomunicazione.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Logo-Adidas.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-255281\" width=\"264\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isoladicomunicazione.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Logo-Adidas.jpeg 528w, https:\/\/www.isoladicomunicazione.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Logo-Adidas-286x300.jpeg 286w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 264px) 100vw, 264px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Adidas<\/strong> is a German-born manufacturer of technical sportswear, and the<strong> history of its logo<\/strong> is very interesting. The <strong>name<\/strong> comes from its<strong> founder<\/strong>: in fact, Adolf &#8211; a.k.a. <strong>Adi<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Dassler<\/strong>had begun creating sports shoes at the end of <strong>World War I.<\/strong> It was not until the<strong> 1936 Olympic Games<\/strong> that the brand achieved <strong>planetary success<\/strong> thanks to the successful sponsorship of athlete <strong>Jesse Owens<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Initially, the logo was a <strong>stylized shamrock<\/strong> and remained that way until the mid-1990s. The <strong>three bands<\/strong> by which we all know it today did not come until<strong> 1996<\/strong>. Placed in <strong>increasing size<\/strong>, they symbolize the <strong>goals<\/strong>, <strong>challenges<\/strong>, and <strong>competitions<\/strong> of each of our lives. In other words: <strong>the long and difficult road to victory<\/strong> that <strong>Adidas wants to help us travel<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Again, the <strong>creative journey of<\/strong> the final logo took<strong> several decades<\/strong>. However, <strong>simplification<\/strong> guided every change, and today the <strong>result<\/strong> is a <strong>clear<\/strong>, <strong>communicative<\/strong>, <strong>unique<\/strong> and <strong>scalable<\/strong> symbol.
