We can divide the process of making the plexiglasssign into three distinct stages .
Specifically:
1. Allocation of space
2. Integration of the payoff
3. Final changes to graphics
Let’s look at them in detail below.
To meet the client’s request, we opted for a balanced and symmetrical work grid . The result is a layout where graphic and visual elements are in perfect balance with each other.
Specifically, we divided the area into two sections:
On the left is the logo, which includes the inscription and the compass
Right the graphic elements, such as scrolls of architectural plans
Subsequently, we also decided to integrate the company payoff into the sign to create dynamism.
This resulted in a shift of the present graphic elements and their subsequent central alignment.
After the sign design was finished, the difficulty of adapting digital graphics to letterpress printing emerged. As such, we had to modify the logo and lettering to a thickness of 3mm and make them readable.
