CEID is a center specializing in implant dentistry, known for clinical excellence and training aimed at other specialists.

Goals

After creating the new website for CEID, we took care of the management of social channels, designed to achieve 4 strategic goals:

  1. Lead generation campaigns to promote implantology education courses and attract new patients
  2. Authentic brand storytelling to bring patients closer and build trust
  3. Online authority building with informative and professional content
  4. Increased followers and interactions on Facebook and Instagram

Social strategy for CEID implant dentistry: more visibility and engagement

The approach is based on proven digital strategies that have already been successfully applied to other projects in the health and dental sector. The two main targets are:

  • Dental professionals, interested in courses and updates
  • End patients, looking for safe and professional implant solutions

Actions put in place include:

  • Publishing 5 pieces of content weekly on Facebook and Instagram (Reels, Stories, graphics and informational posts)
  • creation of vertical thematic posts, specific to each target audience
  • Community involvement with interactive columns, expert advice and “Q&As”
  • sponsored campaigns on Meta, to maximize visibility and conversions, with a focus on events and integrated sign-up forms.

The implementation of the editorial plan

The editorial plan (PED) represents the selection of themes and topics that will be covered on the social channels chosen for the client.
In CEID’s case, the creation process consisted of these specific steps:

Briefing to define social issues

Initial analysis with the client to identify themes, tone of voice, and communication goals.

Sharing and approval of the DPE

Sharing the PED with the customer for feedback, optimizations, and final approval.

Creating copy, graphics, and publications

Production of copy, graphics, and video formats consistent with the identified brand and target audience.

Real-time monitoring and interventions

Continuous performance tracking to optimize the plan and improve results.

Management of advertising campaigns on Meta for CEID implant dentistry center

For CEID, we developed an ADV strategy on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) with 2 key objectives: to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
The plan was designed to achieve concrete results by guiding the user through all stages of the funnel.

Creating the adv strategy

The advertising strategy was divided into several phases, each designed to respond to a specific moment in the marketing funnel. This funnel-based approach enabled the creation of a consistent and effective user journey, improving traffic quality and the likelihood of conversion.

Creation of creative for launch ads

To capture attention and engage the audience effectively, ad hoc visual content was designed and declined in different formats:

  • Dynamic reels to immediately capture attention and generate interaction
  • Informative carousels to explain the educational offerings in detail
  • Static graphics to reinforce key messages and maintain visual consistency

Advanced targeting to reach the right audience

The effectiveness of the campaign was amplified by the use of advanced advertising tools provided by Meta, including:

  • Geographic and demographic targeting to reach the audiences most likely to convert, focusing on strategic regions
  • Personalized retargeting to go after already interested users and improve conversion rate
  • integrated lead forms to simplify contact collection directly from the platform, without friction.

Optimization actions on campaigns

Throughout the campaigns, continuous monitoring, A/B testing and optimization activities were carried out:

  • real-time performance analysis
  • Adaptation of content and formats according to the data collected
  • Redefining audiences to improve results in later stages
