Isola di Comunicazione at FuoriSalone 2019
From April 9 to April 14, we at Isola also participated in FuoriSalone 2019.
Like every year in April, this international event enlivened Milan: Design Week, was the most creative and communicative week in Milan.
Both Salone del Mobile and FuoriSalone defined this week, which qualified as the most important design event in the world. For Design but not only.
In fact, the key word this year was immersive communication. That is, involving all users with 360-degree interactive events.

Design is Communication #ildesigniscommunication
In fact, Design is Communication.
And we at Isola know it well.
Not at home we invented a hashtag that we used for FuoriSalone 2019:
#ildesigniscommunication
► #ildesigniscommunication
It was used on social channels to tag @isoladicommunication to indicate the events that most interested/communicated!
It is no coincidence that all the events of FuoriSalone 2019 involved different realities and a variety of creative fields that had “communicate” as their only watchword.
Our team, composed of multidisciplinary figures, actively participated in the different events to capture the best of the communication of this FuoriSalone 2019.

The Vitamin C of the FuoriSalone
Our participation in Design Week took place in the Web Marketing Agency’s willingness to consider communication on a broad spectrum.
In fact, another hashtag we decided to launch for this event was just that:
#vitaminac_dicommunication
A hashtag that wanted to identify any kind of event and representation that for us means “communication.”

Design Week Events that Isola in which Isola participated
Here we point out some of the most significant events in the field of communication in which we participated:
Aqua
“Aqua” by Marco Balich(Moscova)
Inside the Conca dell’Incoronata (Leonardo most likely oversaw the construction work and designed the famous wooden doors), we participated in a site-specific installation. It was animmersive experience with strong evocative power and dedicated to the studies of the great Leonardo Da Vinci.
“Leonardo was deeply fascinated by water. He spent his life observing its movement to harness its energy, master its power and reproduce its beauty in his drawings and paintings.”
Tell Me More
“Tell me More” by Rapt Studio(Ventura-Lambrate)
It was an invitation to experience the power of connection and communication through a series of questions and answers that engaged visitors by tying them together.
A Space for Being
“A Space for Being”(Maiocchi Space).
Google was at Spazio Maiocchi this year with a journey through different rooms with a view to investigating the field of neuroaesthetics. Visitors were offered a bracelet to measure the impact that different aesthetic experiences have on our bodies and well-being.
