Goals

BACCHIGLIONE is a well-known mechanical workshop in Milan that offers various car and motorcycle repair and maintenance services.

Isola made a video loop for this company, that is, a video broadcast on the company monitor nonstop for all passing customers to see. The objectives were:

  • Communicating the company’s services more smartly and dynamically
  • Make clear and targeted reminders to incentivize the user to schedule certain services, such as maintenance and coupons, on time
  • Promote seasonal offers and free services reserved for customers by editing the video according to need and period

To make the video loop for Bacchiglione, we have:

  1. Analyzed all the services offered on the website
  2. Asked the Bacchiglione team what their goals, priorities, and accomplishments were to be enhanced and made known to clients
  3. Studied competitors to understand how they were telling their services, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses
  4. Understood users’ needs, putting ourselves in their shoes to understand the essential information to be included in the video
  5. Collected images in the workshop, using both those provided by Bacchiglione and by taking new ones ourselves

We thus created a 2-minute 36-second video loop to be broadcast on the waiting room monitor in which images, words, and mini-clips follow one another to present all the services offered by the workshop. Each service is also associated with a short text to give customers the essential information they might need.

The graphics team at Isola opted for a standard video. To make it eye-catching and direct, it used simple language and clean graphics. It also combined photographs and very short clips made on site to provide more authenticity and grab the user’s attention.

Finally, the video was adapted according to seasonal needs and requirements with targeted changes on frames and text to make communications easier, propose time-limited offers and boost the company’s relationship with customers, and strengthen offline communication.

Clear language and simple structure

The linear structure, based on the service-description pair, clarifies any doubts and stimulates a response from the user.

Replicating the corporate color palette and font allows for increased brand recognition. Adding the logo allowed us to reinforce the brand in the client’s imagination.
